I want this website to feel like the actual workshop, not a hallway pointing somewhere else.

Medium was useful for a while, but project notes, lighting experiments, dev logs, and tool breakdowns make more sense beside the projects they came from. This gives each article a place in the same world as the tools, prototypes, and half-finished ideas.

The goal is simple: write smaller, ship notes sooner, and keep the archive close enough that it can evolve with the site.
